The controller is Francesco Sguotti, trading as Francesco Sguotti Software, VAT no. 05649940284. For privacy requests, use the website contact form and state that the request concerns personal data. The website does not publish a direct email address.

Only what is needed to reply.
When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, optional organisation, project type and message. The website does not ask for special-category data. Essential technical data may also be processed while browsing for delivery and security purposes.
03 · Purposes
Enquiries, pre-contractual work and security.
Form data is used to read and answer your enquiry, assess potential pre-contractual steps and protect the website against automated submissions or abuse. It is not sold, used for behavioural advertising or used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
04 · Legal basis
Your enquiry starts the conversation.
Processing is necessary to answer a request from the data subject and, where services are requested, to take pre-contractual steps. Security measures rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the website. Optional measurement runs only after consent, which you can change on the Cookie page.
05 · Providers
Services used to operate the website.
The website uses Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Turnstile for infrastructure and protection. Contact submissions are sent to Formspree. These providers may process technical or form data under their own applicable terms, notices and service roles.
06 · Measurement and marketing
Optional activities only when chosen.
After analytics consent, the website code may send essential events to Cloudflare Analytics Engine: page view, visited path and language. Marketing consent is separate and currently does not activate any marketing tools; it will be required before any are enabled in future. Form contents are not sent to analytics.
07 · Retention
For a period proportionate to the purpose.
Contact information is retained for the time needed to manage the conversation, any pre-contractual activity and the protection of rights, unless legal obligations require otherwise. The local consent preference remains in the browser until you change it or clear the website data.
08 · Rights
Access, correction, deletion and more.
Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Start a request through the contact form and provide enough detail to identify the relevant conversation.
