01 · Approach
No behavioural advertising by default.
The website is designed to minimise tracking. It does not load advertising pixels, retargeting or commercial profiling before an explicit choice. It distinguishes technology needed to operate the website from optional analytics and marketing activities.
02 · Local preference
A choice stored in your browser.
The banner stores a choice in localStorage under the key “sguotti-consent-v2”. It records whether you authorise site analytics and marketing activities alongside necessary tools. This local value remembers your choice and is not intended to recognise you across websites.
03 · Necessary
Technical services and form protection.
Cloudflare supplies infrastructure, delivery and security features. Cloudflare Turnstile loads on the contact page to reduce spam and automated submissions. Formspree receives the content you choose to submit. These services may process technical data strictly connected with their operation and security.
04 · Analytics and marketing
Optional activities after consent.
If you authorise analytics, the website code sends basic events to Cloudflare Analytics Engine: page view, path and language. Marketing consent is separate and is stored for any future marketing tools; none are active today. The contact message is not sent to analytics.
05 · Third parties
Providers have their own notices.
Cloudflare, Turnstile and Formspree are external services with their own notices and terms. Their technical processing can depend on browser configuration, fraud prevention measures and applicable service arrangements. Refer to their notices for details specific to their services.
06 · Duration
The preference remains until you change it.
The website’s local preference remains in your browser until you change it below or clear the site data in the browser settings. Technical data handled by providers follows the periods described in their respective notices and service configurations.
07 · Control
Choose again at any time.
