AI systems · Monselice, Padua and Veneto
AI where it really saves time, with a person in control.
AI systems for content, document search, decision support and marketing, with controlled sources, clear limits and human review.
The point
The right question isn't where to put AI, but which work can become faster without becoming less reliable. In OPVS the AI compares CV and open position, but the decision stays with the recruiter. In SEO Command Center it prepares the editorial plan, but nothing is published without checks and approval.
What changes, in practice.
Context under control
Sources, instructions and limits are part of the system, not left to the luck of a prompt.
Review where it matters
People see what the AI suggests, can correct it and keep the important decisions.
Measured value
Time saved, quality and errors tell you whether the AI is helping or just putting on a show.
Who it makes sense for.
Documents and procedures
Searching and consulting internal documentation, with declared, verifiable sources.
Content and marketing
Drafts, variants and classifications, without leaving tone and facts to the AI.
Support for the work
Summaries, data extraction and request triage, with a person responsible for the answer.
How I work, in four phases.
Phase 1
A precise job
Goal, users, sources, risks and how to measure the result, before talking about models.
Phase 2
Context and limits
Authorised data, instructions, checks and the cases where AI must not step in.
Phase 3
Trials on real examples
Quality and errors measured on material similar to everyday work.
Phase 4
Governed release
Monitoring, feedback and clear responsibility for how it's used.
Questions I'm often asked.
Can AI answer customers directly?
Only if the risk allows it. It almost always pays to start with drafts and internal support, with a person reviewing.
How do you stop it making things up?
There's no absolute guarantee. The risk is reduced with controlled sources, testing and an interface that makes every answer verifiable.
Tell me how your work runs today.
A few lines are enough: what you do, which tools you use, where time gets lost. I reply myself, within two working days.
