Management software · Monselice, Padua and Veneto
Custom management software: who does what, with which data, at what stage.
Tailored management software for companies: cases, records, documents, permissions, statuses and reports, built around the way you work rather than the other way round.
The point
I studied accounting: five years of double-entry bookkeeping taught me that the numbers have to add up and that a piece of data is only worth something if you know where it comes from. When work lives between spreadsheets, emails and notebooks, the problem isn't the tools: there's no single place you can trust.
What changes, in practice.
The work becomes visible
Statuses, responsibilities and handovers you can see, without rebuilding the history of a case every time.
Data you can trust
Every piece of data has an origin, someone who can change it and a clear link to everything else.
Fewer clicks for everyday tasks
Frequent actions get shorter; important checks become explicit instead of living in someone's memory.
Who it makes sense for.
Cases and administration
Requests, documents, approvals and deadlines that can't depend on a folder on someone's desktop.
Jobs and building sites
Work items, assignments, statuses and materials tied to a single source. It's what Dvralis does for construction firms.
Scattered data
For those already using three or four programs who need a single view of what's happening.
How I work, in four phases.
Phase 1
I observe the process
Exceptions, informal steps, data that already exists and the points where time or reliability gets lost.
Phase 2
I design the single source
Records, relationships, statuses, roles and rules that represent your work.
Phase 3
I build in pieces
Parts you can check straight away with the people who'll use them, without waiting for the full release.
Phase 4
I support and improve
Training, indicators and a clear list of what to improve next.
Questions I'm often asked.
Do we have to throw away all the spreadsheets at once?
No. We start from the most critical process and connect it to what you already use. Migrating everything at once is the surest way to make people hate new software.
Can it talk to the programs we already use?
Yes, once it's clear which program holds the right data and what should happen if one of the two doesn't respond.
Tell me how your work runs today.
A few lines are enough: what you do, which tools you use, where time gets lost. I reply myself, within two working days.
