The starting point
I don’t start with technology. I start with friction.
A slow process, missing data, a website that fails to explain, repetitive work. First I find where energy is being lost. Then I build the simplest system that can recover it.
Engineering, marketing and analysis are not separate departments. They are three views of the same problem.

I’m Francesco Sguotti. I develop digital products and bring engineering, performance marketing and process thinking to the same table. The advantage is not doing everything. It is seeing earlier how each technical choice changes the whole system.
