When candidates are assessed from memory or with unstructured questions, comparing them becomes impossible: every interview is different, signals get lost and the final decision rests on impressions. OPVS was built to give this process a clear structure.

The recruiter builds a test calibrated on the position — required experience, attitudes and principles — and every candidate answers the same questions with the same weight. The score is calculated automatically, and the comparison between candidates becomes readable.

How it works

The test is set up once per position. You pick the questions from the available indicators, give each answer a weight and start collecting responses. There is no need to repeat the setup for every candidate.

Every answer has a declared weight. The system calculates the candidate’s score as soon as the test is completed, with no manual work. The ranking updates in real time as answers come in.

The AI analysis reads profile and CV together with the position. Besides the structured score, each candidate can be assessed by an AI analysis that cross-checks the test answers against the CV and the role description. The result is not a decision: it is a structured signal that supports human judgement.

The report is ready before the interview. Downloadable as a PDF, it contains the score, the indicators and the AI analysis. It is a starting point for the interview, not a substitute for it.

Prices are final: no VAT is applied (Italian flat-rate scheme).
